Their efficient design and reliable performance make the PREO range of handguns ideal for manually dispensing hot melt adhesives, waxes, sealants, and other thermoplastic materials. Typical applications include packaging, hand case sealing, wood work, palletising, and product assembly. Suitable for use with any of PREO standard adhesive application systems and available in 2 versions (bead or spray type), the handguns improve handling ease and operator comfort with their compact, lightweight design. The exterior of the handgun is manufactured in sturdy, moulded design to enclose the high temperature parts with minimum transfer of heat to the operator's hand. The guns are also equipped with a special 360-degree swivel connector to eliminate hose twisting and an easy pull trigger fitted with a lock to prevent operation when not in use. Rugged built-in cartridge heaters and an PT100 sensor maintain accurate temperatures and permit easy temperature adjustment in seconds.
Lightweight and equipped with a variety of nozzles for various types of work, Preo hand guns are designed to ensure trouble-free, long life operation. Where maintenance may eventually be required, all parts are easily removed and replaced in minutes.
