PREO Cold Line gluing sustems are particularly suitable for the application of low, medium and high viscosity cold adhesives. Cold line pumps are specifically manufactured to operate with water-based adhesives and can be mounted onto a suitably sized plastic lid that will fit directly onto the glue bucket, or water bucket in order to clean the whole system. All components in contact with the glue are made of stainless steel, or are treated to prevent oxidization. A standard stainless steel glue filter is fitted to all models which prevents the nozzle from blocking and contamination. The filter is equipped with an easily removable cartridge to simplify cleaning operations. Pump vibrations are reduced by a specialized ball valve located in the bottom of the system. An optional floating level control is available to monitor the glue level inside the bucket; a flashing light is activated to indicate minimum glue level.
